His character drove ceaseless growth and development that brought us from a small belt fabrication shop, to a global leader in the specialty belting industry. Never retiring, he continued his legacy by working up until his passing at the age of 88 in 2015. Our workforce, staff, and management are comprised of several years of service, great experience, and expertise. Our strongest and most prevalent attribute is our staff.
Over the years we have and continue to invest in the growth of our business through our commitment to invest heavily in the training, health and safety, continuous education, and self-improvement classes for our entire F.N. Sheppard family. This commitment has allowed us remain a global leader in the specialty belting products industry.
